Thurgood will probably nominate for the main draft won't he?

I can't see us having any space on our list for him by the psd.

Agreed, I dont think we'll have the salary cap space to participate in the PSD.

Better off taking a punt with a rookie anyway

We will only participate in the PSD if Notting is on the table and it is apparent he will slip to us. But that is extremely unlikely of happening on both counts.

If he gains an extra 20kg, he might be considered to be in our lineup...

For what its worth, I thought he looked all right when I saw him play, and would be happy to have him on the rookie list bulking up.

I thought he looked decent for the Hawks, and was also not too shabby in a couple of Box Hill games I saw on ABC2. I'd like to see him come to Sydney if he is willing and still available to us.
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

Trent Sporn from Carlton was delisted today.

Only 24 years old, played 50+ games, first round selection in the 2000 draft.

Could be a handy back up defender?

I was very suprised that they delisted him, especially Carlton, for a club that's in deep trouble they're delisting like they're millionaires.

                        Pleeease no.
                        And no Aaron Shattock, either.

If we pick up Thurgood make it as a rookie if at all.

OMG are you people serious? All of these guys are hacks who wouldn't get near a senior game for Sydney

Why don't we re-draft Ryan O'Connor and Simon Feast while we are at it
