    International Rules.....

What do we think of the international rules???

Not much of a fan to be honest but at least it gives us some sort of footy to watch.....

    Any thoughts?

What a waste of time that only risks injuries to our key players

Not hard to tell from your wording of the options.

      Try these instead:

      1. Wont watch it, but at least it keeps our key players match fit.
      2. Its like an end of season trip, but with exposure to other coaches and top line players.
      3. Something to watch in the offseason.
      4. I love it. Get to support great players you normally hate, and take on the best of the Irish
      5. A shining example of how two sports can work together to form an entertaining package, and I hope other countries join in eventually.

It's great fun for two codes who don't get to represent their country!

When it's good, it's outstanding, when it's bad, it's abominable.

I have been nervous already for a fortnight because Hall, O'Keefe etc aside, I hope we cane the @@@@e out of you Aussies especially after all the stereotyping and bull from Sheedy and media etc!

I do concede this is unlikely...

That's all we need ... Tige to come back with an injury after playing for them.
Don't put the moccas on them.

Was it last year that the Irish got all iffy cause the aussies came in and smashed em with run, run, run - or was it the year before. Can't remember.

I hate Sheedy ... why do they make him the coach? Give it to Maltmouth. I hate him too, but at least he's guaranteed to say something stoopid like "the umpires were umpiring from alpha centuri", which is just about enough to keep me amused for days.

Better yet, they should rotate the coaching between the 16 clubs, even getting other coaches to act as "assistants". Coach of the Year gets the top gig.

            Whaddya reckon??

Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.

We lose everything and we have to sit around listening to wankers telling us how great their team is because they smash up our mainly reserves team because we're using Phillips and Schneider in the ruck!! (Not that Schneider is going to be playing reserves.. )

Just gives supporters from teams like Carlton,Port etc a belief they have a great team and will be challenging for the flag

It's a 2PM game there, so it would've been on midnight here sat night for it to be live.
