Tend to be AJn's camp on this one - Philip's was the Swans' least impressive debutant for many a season. And it wasn't helped by the fact that he was keeping Davis out of the team.

Still, he obviously has some ressies form so let's hope we see that in the big league next year.

Waste of a first-round draft pick and some people make such a fuss about not giving them away for players like Jolly.

Redrafting a player will always depend on three things

1. Whether another team picks the player up first
2. What we really think of the player
3. Who else is available at the time, including other players we may redraft

I am afraid little Willo may simply not shown enough - I can only base my comments on the reports from the reserves games but so many other players seem to be ahead of him - the ones who have played seniors (e.g. Moore, Schmidt, Grundy, Phillips) and other players who have regularly been amongst the best players (e.g. Simpkin, Laidlaw)

The other negative in his chances in being redrafted is that we didnt need to delist as many players as we did...we are obviously keeping an eye out for the reported quality in this draft...or we are planning to pick up someone in the Pre Season Draft (e.g. Notting)

The one difference is that Malceski was always amongst the best players in the Reserves and totally justified his chance. Willoughby hasnt done that

Josh was the right decision at the time, it is a shame it hasn't worked out.
