And while we're on the subject of Tadgh.....

Does anyone else think he had an average season??? For mind, he didn't seem to do a lot. Well not in comparison to 05...

Or am I losing the plot?

No RP you're not. In my most humblest of opinion, he had a pretty ordinary season (compared to 05).
This was discussed before, but the "Tige Bandwagon" blew down any objections to his form saying "poor love, he had a tough decision to make", "poor love, his father died", etc. etc. etc.
        Give me a break.
        He's a professional footballer.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.

He used to sit on the fence, but now he's decided he wants a bit each way.

I don't see what is so hard about saying:

"I have a three year contract, unless something unforseen occurs, I will be back in Ireland playing for Kerry after honouring that"

I find it annoying reading those comments, sign a 1 year deal if you are in a year by year situation.

That's a different matter, the thing i didn't agree with was you saying he's a whinger because he was missing home, his mother etc, but when it comes to this All-Ireland fantasy of his, that's when he starts crossing the line. He signed a 3 year deal, but now it feels like he did that while secretly thinking about jumping ship when the time is right, which is just greedy and self-indulgent. If he wasn't sure about what he wanted more, he should have signed a 1 year deal and then gone to another club who doesn't mind his indecisiveness, then we could have picked up a quality (and committed) player in a deal with another club.

I wonder how the club would treat it if Nick Davis was alluding in the media to possibly entertaining that idea of playing Rugby League half way through his contract. My guess is they would say "boo".
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

Sorry people, but some of you might have some soft spot for him, but I don't. Unless he proves himself again playing for the Swans, I'll be more than happy to endorse him. On the other hand if he doesn't perform well next year he might as well bugger off to Ireland as far as I'm concerned. I wouldn't care less. Really.

All beer every where tastes like sweat and vinegar. Anyone who says they drink it for the taste is already drunk.
