Clearly Ross Lyon saw something he liked.

Essentially means no NSW boys were deemed worthy even of a rookie spot by the Swans. Possibly an all-time low in the history of NSW lads getting drafted or rookied - though I noticed Suckling taken by the Hawks and apparently he qualified as a local pick for Sydney.

Also notice the absence of one Josh Willoughby from that list...

He goes alright - I think. Maybe I just saw him have a good game once... Maybe I am confusing him with someone else... But when I saw he had been delisted from the Hawks these were my thoughts. Hopefully he will help form the nucleus of a glorious three-peat.
