If you look like i do at 101, you would have tickets on yourself too.

            Troughman?

Gee, I NEVER thought I'd ever see myself reading on RWO about him. The mind boggles really!

Man, talk about stopping a thread completely in its tracks. I'm speechless!

I was just thinking of rolling up to the gates on the night(Round 1 at TS) and get walk up tickets! Yes or no you rekon?

I know I couldn`t do that in Perth, but at TS with seating for 80 odd thousand????

If you guys rekon I should get tickets before hand, were in the stadium would be the best area?

I wanna see the mighty Swannies kick those @@@@-ant E-girls arses on Swannie turf.

Good little sandgroper. I wish they all thought like you!!

You'll be fine lining up for tickets, although get there early (say, 5.30ish) so you don't have a long wait, then fill in time over the plaza at the Brewery Hotel. Alternatively, see ticketek.com.au and pre-book them.

Anywhere is a good seat, just don't get the upper, upper decks ... you're too far away from the game.

Is Canberra considered interstate (from Sydney)??

I'll go to all the Canberra games.

I have a Victorian membership which gets you into 3 Homebush games. if you want we can meet up in the city or at Central Station & go out to Homebush together as a group. you are more than welcome to use my second membership card if that helps you. I was going to give it to somebody like the Undertaker. But if you are coming all the way from Perth, you can use it instead.

Otherwise just get a Swans Members Reserve Guest Pass. That gets you unreserved seating at the northern end of the ground.

DON'T rock up on the day, as then you miss out on the free train travel to & from the game & will have to pay for your train ticket then your match ticket seperately.

You don't have to pay for your train ticket if you're picking up your tickets from TS. If you're decked out in your Swannies gear, go to the ticket office at any station, tell them that you're picking up your tickets from TS before the game. They will give you a pass to travel for free. We've done this twice (for non members coming to the game) and have never had a problem.

It is nothing really in the scheme of things. i have a sydney & Melbourne membership card, so I can give my 2nd one to somebody else.

I just respect people who go to the expensive of travelling from places as far away as Perth just to support our team. Western Swan has made upteen trips eastward just to support the team. He even flew all the way from Perth to Brisbane last year to support us at the Gabba last year. I reckon that is tops.

Our supporters in Perth are some of our most hardcore passionate fans that we have. It is amazing (and was a huge shock when I first went there) to go to the Irish Club and see so many in red and white supporting the team.

Now we have an organised supporters club in South Australia all we need is to mobilise & organise our support in Queensland/Northern NSW some more into a large group of regulars & we will be laughing.
