From my admittedly limited perspective Roos seems to need less narcissistic replenishment than most people; I see him making hard choices (can pull people into line when required) and I can't say I've ever seen him fishing for compliments in any of the public statements I've seen. I think we need to be careful about making amateur diagnosis outside the consulting room.
