My holidays finished two weeks ago. They made me redundant at work on my first day back (yayyyyyyy - the first thing I did at back at work was type my resignation). I got a noice payout, so I'm just sitting back taking it easy for a few more weeks while the sun is shining (whilst uninterestingly looking at mycareer and seek).

My sister signed up my son before he was born too, known as Baby Hxx until he was born. Poor child had no chance, brainwashed from birth.... first words were "mum", "dad" and "Barry". Got a toy Swannies bear last year that sings "Cheer Cheer" and named it "Duckbutt".

Back on topic, we're in Newcastle and Mr 3yo got his membership on Wednesday, the rest of us are still waiting.

I signed my nephew up three months before he was born as Baby WXXXXX. Seems to have worked for him - he has a countdown on to the start of the season this year.

We had the junior membership last year, but they have introduced the "Cyggy Club" this year. Costs $25.00 and contains a bib, beanie and certificate with the day bub joined the Swans. Lily's arrived a couple of days ago. It makes much more sense than the kids one with a bag and a cap and other crap that a baby can't use.

Nah, I think it's the longer serving members who get em last. When you're new, they get it out quickly, make it look like everything happens early, then slowly it gets later as your years as a member tick over, but you get to know that no matter what, it will still arrive before the season starts. Am I being too cynical?
