Never let the truth get in the way of a story - isn't that the first rule of writing for a New Ltd tabloid?Originally posted by ScottH
One person calls them arrogant and she deems that to mean .
I left a comment for dear Nikki. We'll see if it gets published.

They print out bigfooty's URL yet give no credit (or is that discredit) to RWO.Comment

I really can't see what's arrogant about it. As was pointed out in the other thread, if Swans fans were booking this early they'd be applauded for their loyalty.
They live a lot further away from Melbourne than we do and are favourites to win the flag. If they can get a cheap flight now rather than paying a week's or more salary for an airline ticket in September then good luck to them. Should they miss out on the GF they can pay the cancellation fee and use the ticket for next season.
I agree that this is lazy journalism at its worst."As everyone knows our style of football is defensive and unattractive, and as such I have completely forgotten how to mark or kick over the years" - Brett Kirk

Yep, yep and yep. The main point here is that Nikki has taken the comment of one person to be representative of Swans fans when all others have made the exact points you did about booking earlyOriginally posted by hammo

She probably thought you were referring to Darling Nikki. I wouldn't have printed your comment either - I respect the PMRC.Originally posted by ScottH
