"[T]here are things that matter more and he's reading and thinking about them: heaven, reincarnation. Life and death are the only things that are truly a matter of life and death. Not football."
I agree, may have done little but didn't stuff up which in my books says he had an ok game compared to every other clown in our side
I seem to recall that at one stage he did his old favourite hospital handpass to the stationary target (Kirk) who was immediately jumped on by 3 gleeful westcoast goons.
He had observed that people who did lie were, on the whole, more resourceful and ambitious and successful than people who did not lie.

It would have been harder to find a Swans player who was running. At one stage towards the end of the second quarter a Swans player took a mark out of defence and had to wait as every player in range had his back to him as they slowly walked away.
His disposal is still quite ordinary, but he did a good defensive job on Braun.
Captain Logic is not steering this tugboat.

If that is the one I remember he didn't have any other options at the time as he was about to get tackled.

I thought Braun was the most damaging WC midfielder in the first quarter, maybe the first half. He seemed to be able to find space at will and kept pumping the ball to the advantage of the Weagle's forwards.
Braun's hardly a tagger. He gets over 20 possessions a game and he's generally reasonable with his disposal.
I was probably thinking of Braun's second half when he did was completely shut down.
