How many handball receives does he have for the season?
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

are there bets for the b and f, i think the eski would be very much close to it on current form. would have to be him or b2 at this stage of season.

Excluding this weekend, 75. Second at the club and ten behind Kirk.

My guess is that Kirk would be leading at the moment, with B2 snapping at his heels and probably Malceski in 3rd.

I think Kirk's season has gone under the radar a little so far, not helped by pretty ordinary collective midfield performance earlier in the year. But he himself has rarely been less than solid, sometimes brilliant. And I suspect he is doing even better on the kind of things that coaches look for more than fans.

Loads of people bag his kicking (I enjoy his emergency right) but I think he has moved to one of the top 2 or 3 handballers in the league which goes a long way towards compensating for his kicking.

I agree he's been outstanding thus far.

I think he's been carrying an injury for a few weeks now. His normally exemplary disposal has deserted him and so has his cool decision making. Those things looked so innate to him earlier in the season that it's hard to imagine they have just disappeared for no reason. Plus he's been looking proppy as he's been running.

The really great players manage to perform even when they're sore (up to a point) but he's still a youngster with fewer than 50 games experience.

His clanger count must have been almost in double figures last night. I can think of one passage where he "gave & got" with ROK & then sent inside 50 but struggle to think of anything else he did positive. At stages looked like he was auditioning for the Tetragon of Uncertainty. Needs to find some form again quickly.

Tadhg being out of the side doesn't help him much.
