This game is like deja-vu for me. I remember posters on RWO were saying that it was our best chance to belt WCE in Round 1, because they were so undermanned, and we know what happened. I'm still not convinced that our players are ready to finally bury the "Adelaide wood" that was hitting them since 2004.

I don't think RWOer's are thinking we are going to belt the Crows, more that if we are ever going to beat them at Footy Park this is our best chance.

          Yep, that's what I'm thinking.

yeh I agree with you on that one. I'm fairly new to this forum thingy but seems most people know what they talking about. I believe if we can stop McLeod we will win the game.

Just heard on the radio, that Rutten failed to train today. Doesn't sound too good for him.

If he doesn't come up, expect the recently promoted McIntyre to get the job on BBBH.

In case you hadn't seen it, the preview for the match is here.

Would love to see it, but sorry, if a coach puts a first-gamer onto a player like Hall they may as well concede the match. Same as putting Jack onto McLeod.

Hehe nah i'm just being sarcastic lol. There have been some sensible, logical ideas on the Adelaide game, and a great preview from Alison, so there's really not too much to say now. Let's just hope we execute whatever plans we have, very well!

Adel certainly hammered us the last time we played. But the lists will be vastly different this time around.

Check this craziness out (doesn't inclde EMG players)

                        Adel OUT:

                        McGregor (2 goals last time)
                        Shirley
                        C. Massie
                        M. Bode (1 goal)
                        Johncock (2 goals)
                        Ricciouto (2 goals)
                        Hentschel (3 goals)
                        Biglands
                        Maric
                        Skipworth

Add to that Rutten possibly missing!

                        Adel IN:

                        Richard Douglas
                        Bernie Vince
                        N. Bock
                        Porplyzia
                        I. Perrie
                        S. Welsh
                        Hudson
                        Griffen
                        Van Berlo
                        C. Knights

Syd OUT: Dempster, Williams, Moore, Vogels, LRT, Bevan, Davis

Syd IN: Teddy, Crouch, Mathews, Malceski, Grundy, Schmidt, Everitt

Have to Admire Adelaide's depth. Pretty handy inclusions considering they are missing what most other teams would regard as a top tier group. But clearly they've lost more than they've gained.

We on the other hand are steady as always. And I would think look better on paper this time around. And I particularly like the way our rucking stocks have lifted, especially as Adel have hurt us badly in that area in recent meetings.

                        Can't wait fro this one.

How hard is it for the likes of McVeigh and Buchanan to kick straight!!!?

happens too often for it to be anything other than poor skill and ability in that area.
