Haha, that was hilarious. He had like 5 centres bounces in a row that were dodgy as.

With the drunks, port, the bullies and the bummers coming up the next four weeks, judging by the performance tonight, it's not inconceivable that we'll have a very lean month and may find ourselves in the bottom half of the ladder at the halfway stage...that was such an important game for us to win, and to throw it away in the first quarter was criminal!
"Davis...Davis has kicked 2...he snaps from 40...dont tell me, dont tell me, hes kicked a goal....unbelievable stuff from Nick Davis, can you believe this, he's kicked 3 final quarter goals and Swans are within 3 points..."

I think every single centre bounce sprayed in the last qtr.

Yeah it's something that should be a no brainer huh....two players on Hall - one forward has to be free somewhere!

I think Barry Halls' "Barry Hall" focus stifled him for 3 qtrs. As for Goodes he started to show a bit form on and off. He and ROK are getting very very tight tags. Something definitely up with Davo - injured or copping another blooding.

Ablett was great tonight. Never stopped.

Whilst I appreciate those sentiments I always hoped I would be wrong.

He still does not look like he has the composure. Hopefully it will develop because I feel the Swans will continue to persist with him.

davis could be on his own in the goal square and they still would kick to hall with 15,000 terrorists and an army tank surrounding him.
You could see the sheer frustration on Davis' face. What are they thinking when they bomb it to Hall and 3 opposition players?

We had no cohesion tonight and injuries are finally starting to cost us.

I felt for Jack a bit in first half of the game being in defence - had a goal kicked on him, I think they moved him closer to the ball and it did wonders.

He did well when he dived in, got the ball to Hall who kicked it inside 50 for a goal assist. Can't remember who it was that converted?

We are caught between a rock and a hard place here. The extra man would almost certainly be because we have a loose man in defense at the other end, which tonight I would be guessing for a decent part of the night was Schmidt.

Now we can take that man and match them man for man in our forward line. Our forward line is then crowded and theirs open. Therefore we lose the component of getting numbers back and helping out our (still) undersized defense.

We just have to find an option other than Hall and away from that spare man.

Has anyone else noticed that once the bleeding starts the team turn it on (Spida/Schneieds)?

All credit to him, he picked himself up and kept hard at. He's a terrier. Some great second efforts.

His brother was somewhat of a late bloomer as well, but I've given up on him.

His biggest asset early on was his excellent hands. Now his just a fumbling, bumbling liability who gets towelled week in, week out.

Maybe try him as purely an attacking option and don't give him a man to be accountable for and see how he goes. At the moment his defensive work is lamentable.
