    Peeved off

Were we as bad on TV as it was live? We are a bunch of fumbling fools.
Now this is a thread that i would expect on the ego -centric, wank session that is redandwhiteonline.com...

Tonight effort was the same sort of crap we were playing in 05. Im baffled to even think what next week holds for us. i wonder if that little Saints thug will get reported for sticking one on Crouchs chin early in the first or second quater.

This match seemed to go on forever. It's not very often that I am waiting for the final siren to go.

Well, I`m at the stage now where I`ve stopped worrying about the rest of the season. I now expect to lose and IF we win I`ll be over the moon. I`m cringing at the moment now though because I`ve got all my relatives coming over for mothers day today and they are majority E-Girls. Who just love to rub it in. My neice is a docker so I can take a bit of sollace with her.

One thing I got from the paper today was that the last time we started 3 - 4 after round 7 was 2005. The difference there though was I still had huge confidence in the team then.

It almost appears like the 2005 clique have nothing to play for.

Bugger the few who have come in since or had the odd cameo.

I don't think that at a similar stage in 2005 any of us genuinely had the Swans pencilled in as a top four team, let alone the eventual premiers. Scant consolation I know, but there is some chance they'll turn things around.

Also worth noting that our lowpoint of the 2005 season was a pathetic loss to the Saints at Telstra Dome - though it was a bit later in the season than round 7.

I guess the weekend wasn't a complete disaster then.

We started a lot later in 2005, but I think the team was better then.
