    "Goodes Playing Injured" Says Hall

Plugging away week after week while injured has been a factor affecting the form of Adam Goodes, and Hall conceded that the dual Brownlow medallist was one of the players in a slump but added he could snap out of it at any time.

"I think a lot has been written about his form but Adam does everything he can and he has been doing everything he can to get out of the slump, and it could be the matter of a five-minute patch that gets him out of it," Hall said. "We've all said to him, he's just got to keep plugging away and it will eventually come because he's a good enough player."

Its obvious the way he's been pulling out of contests, that he's not right. His tackling has been a bit limp wristed too.

Surely its better, in hindsight, to have resting him for the last 2 weeks to get his shoulder right.

Don't care whether he's injured or not..... He's not worth having on the field at the moment.

After the Melbourne game, I think most of us were surprised he played the following week (not for the "other" reason). He really hurt himself twice in that game, and he was already playing crap, so maybe he aggravated his mysterious injury.

              WGAF???!!!

Took me a while to work that one out. I generally use WHOGAF verbally. Rolls off the tongue just nice.

If he's injured he shouldn't be playing. I think he's doing more harm than good by playing hurt. Surely there is someone playing well enough in the 2's to cover him for a couple of weeks so he can get himself right.

Sorry - mea culpa - people don't tend to associate 'W' with 'who'.

I thought we all knew he was playing with a dodgy shoulder?

I would suggest that everyone knew he hurt his shoulder in the Melbourne match, how bad it was, none of us knew.
But it is something of a revelation for a swans player to actually come out and be confirmed injured while still actually playing.

Jarred Crouch must be disgusted with Barry Hall!
