IMO, Judd is one of the cleanest players in the game.

However, my interpretation of the video footage I saw was a clear eye-gouge. Whatever Brown said - how were the actions that were visible on the footage those of someone trying to roll a 90kg bloke off the top of him?

at the end of the day...it was probably the right decision, too inconclusive and its hard to be certain judd gouged.

you would back judd's character as he looks like a pretty decent bloke who wouldnt go to the extent of gouging someone's eye.
