Nick Malceski (Sydney) ? One of the most improved players in the game, Malceski continued his great season with another dashing display out of defence against the Western Bulldogs. He won 23 disposals and laid four tackles.
Adam Schneider (Sydney) ? An integral member of Sydney's impressive 43-point win over the Western Bulldogs, Schneider was busy with three goals and 24 disposals. He sent the ball inside 50 on six occasions.
Michael O'Loughlin (Sydney) ? On the back of his four goals against Port Adelaide last round, the veteran forward bagged another four majors at Manuka Oval in Canberra. Three of his four goals came from his five forward 50 marks.
Peter Everitt (Sydney) ? ?Spida? was instrumental in his side's victory, gaining 24 hit outs and 17 disposals ? including eight contested. His clearance work was again a feature of his game ? he won seven.
Adam Goodes (Sydney) ? The dual Brownlow Medallist clearly played his best match of the season. His running game was on song as he gathered 26 disposals. Goodes was the top ranked Champion Data player in the match against the Bulldogs.
Darren Jolly (Sydney) ? Jolly won 13 hit-outs and combined brilliantly with teammate Peter Everitt in the ruck. He also pushed up forward and booted three goals. The pairing of Everitt and Jolly continues to improve as the season progresses.
