I'm not gonna comment on the this thread in particular as I didn't see the game last week, so I didn't see how well various players player.

But it does seem a bit strange to me that there aree so many die hard supporters here, many of whom put in the time and effort to see how the reserves are tracking, and many who take the time to analyse every player to the nth degree and wade through tonnes of stats, who are all wrong.

Is it possible that a large % of the passionate supoporters here are wrong with regard to Matthews, Bolton and Fosdike etc etc?

How is it that so many of us saww Hall's undoing weeks before the coaches?
Did they not see him not being able to take marks?

we need to be more reactionary.

    same old same old.
New game plan, adjust style of play etc etc
The difference between insanity and genius is measured only in success.

      Clearly.

If he is it's performed after the game in the privacy of the coaches box.

So do I. I have $10 at $2.40 betting we do.

It since, the Swans are the only Club in the AFL that refuses to introduce players. Perhaps it might have something to do with our recruiting of players.

Damn. I also really hoped that Sydney lost today so that I could feel superior to the selectors. I also hoped that Jude Bolton missed that crunch set shot in the 3rd quarter so that my opinion of him as a useless kick for goal could continue unchallenged.

Ah well, the ups and downs of being a fan.

To tell the real truth I actually wanted us to win but for McVeigh and Bevan to be dog poo. Both requests answered Selectors would look silly if they actaully ever had a look at themselves.

Does anyone know how Buchanan went and if he did enough to come back in to the 1st's next week? Surely Bevan to make way for him.

Mixed opinions. Check out the thread on the reserves game. And Old Royboy has submitted a match report which I understand has something to say on Monty - but I have something to do for the next few hours before I get to publish it. Will hopefully be there in time for you all to read over breakfast tomorrow.
