If Hall plays he demands a good defender (most likely Glass) which will stretch the Eagles abilities to cover our performing forwards - MOL, O'Keefe, Davis, Spida / Jolly.

I don't think you could call it a 'should win'. They've still got plenty of quality. The last two weeks were 'should win' games, this is a 'possible win'.

If we were to win this however - top 4 beckons.

Does Roosey read all this stuff in his spare time. There are some very savvy Redandwhiteonliners out there.... maybe he gets Horse to pick thru it..

Yep, fair point, but at Subi Glass will be running off Hall all day. They must have a strategy to deal with that.

How about not kicking it to Hall under any circumstances. If Hall doesn't get near it, situation normal for the past month or two, then Glass won't get near it as well.

Not as silly as it sounds.

I'd also think about Benny out, Laidlaw in. The only other change would be a straight swap LRT for Tadhg.
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

We did crumb a lot of goals when Hall went flying for those spectacular attempts - Kirk one and Schneider a couple. Just don't let Wirrpanda anywhere near the fall of the ball.

Aparently he is out of form and was lucky he had an injury to deflect attention from the fact he was about to be dropped. Not what I like to hear about my favourite player. (Mind you Gary Ablett is starting to make a move in that regard. I just love the way he makes something exciting happen when he is near the ball.....quick hands.)

Didn't Glass also have a groin injury from game against the Lions. Maybe he won't be at full strength either.

The only change we need to worry about is:
                        In: Kerr, Out: Judd.

All the other "big" names coming back for WC will be severly underdone and wont make that much difference to the names they replace.

Kerr, on the otherhand is a big worry.

He shouldnt even be playing. How he only copped one week for that blatant elbow top the head is a mystery to me.

Early guilty plea managed to reduce it to under 2 weeks.
