Round 20 cheering guide (full of spoilery goodness)

Not a bad run of results last time out, let's hope it continues.

Collingwood v MELBOURNE (Very real chance now)
    Essendon v CARLTON (Really immaterial)
St Kilda v FREMANTLE (Slim chance for Freo of making the 8)
    Brisbane v SYDNEY (duh)
West Coast v RICHMOND (Upset of the year required here)
HAWTHORN v Port Adelaide (Since we play Hawthorn in Rd 22, we can leapfrog them then. But even if the Power win, they should lose to Geelong in Rd 21. Win-win.)
Kangaroos v GEELONG (Roos the last team to beat Geelong.)
ADELAIDE v Western Bulldogs (Loser will drop out of finals race)

A good chance to leap in the top 4 here with one of Hawthorn Port dropping out (not a draw please!) and Kangaroos up against Geelong. And if somehow Wallet can manufacture a win against West Coast, we'd be 2nd.

It would be nice if the Dees could get up in Neitz's 300th, but it shouldn't matter, coz we're going to beat Collingwood in Round 21, aren't we?

For the other games: Carn the Cats, Hawks and Tigers (hehe)

Wouldn't we rather Adelaide lose seeing Sydney can't beat them?

Do you mean that we struggle to beat Adelaide, or that we don't play Adelaide again in the regular season?

I chose Adelaide to win because the Bulldogs are 2 points ahead of them and have, from a mathematical point view, have a better chance of overtaking us.

I mean we struggle to beat them. I'll have a heartattack if we finish 5th and they finish 8th.

Yep, I don't want Adelaide in the finals. It must be 3/4 years since we've beaten them (I think...)

I agree with all except Adelaide. They are our biggest bogey team and I will be happy if they can no longer make the finals. Western Bulldogs dont worry me at all.

Melbourne are getting spanked. That makes our game a must-win if we want to get into the top 4 and stay there.

I might take back that previous comment. Melbourne are only 2 goals down and it's almost 3 quarter time, however they don't have an interchange bench now with so many injuries.

Melbourne so close yet so far away. If only they hadn't lost all those injuries during the game they probably would have won. That and the amount of clankers they made let them down.

Yeah. Based on tonight we definitely have nothing to fear next week.

Well Johnson definitely will not be in the Pies team next week after his head contact with Bell in the 3rd quarter...3 weeks at least.
