I wish I had your optimism and enthusiasm.

Things are not over YET peoples. But to compete we MUST have our full compliment of defenders back come finals time. And our forwards have to seriously start pulling their fingers out and converting opportunities properly.

If neither happens I can't see us being horribly much competition for anyone come finals time to be honest.

It's not too late. Why bother following them at all if you are going to take a dull, pessimistic view?? Get on board, smile a bit and jump for excitement like that silly thing under your name says!

I just think that if the Swans play the way they did against Collingwood in the finals, then our finals campaign is gonna be over before it has even started. It's hard to get excited when your team isn't lifting up their game with only one or two actually trying, but like someone said, our intensity increases when we're playing finals so here's hoping...

All i am hoping for is our final to be played during the day not at night.We all know how crap we have played in pretty much every night game this year,and only lost 1 day game which was to a team half way through a 15 game winning streak,at their home ground,with a few of our key players out,only lost it by 3 goals.

Yep, I'm fired up and ready to roll on down to Melbourne next weekend for a feast of live footy.

It was our best game for the season, but I cant help wondering if it was only because the result didnt make any difference to us, and maybe the players were told to "go out and have fun".
