If neither happens I can't see us being horribly much competition for anyone come finals time to be honest.

I just think that if the Swans play the way they did against Collingwood in the finals, then our finals campaign is gonna be over before it has even started. It's hard to get excited when your team isn't lifting up their game with only one or two actually trying, but like someone said, our intensity increases when we're playing finals so here's hoping...

All i am hoping for is our final to be played during the day not at night. We all know how crap we have played in pretty much every night game this year, and only lost 1 day game which was to a team half way through a 15 game winning streak,at their home ground, with a few of our key players out, only lost it by 3 goals.

There is hope peole, just prey for day games

I need a night game to get there comfortably. Turning up with Rile in her clown make up from calastenics in an arvo game will be interesting.

Be careful that people don't start abusing her...she will look like an umpire.

has anybody looked at recent results. Collingwood easily beaten, brisbane easily beaten.

our formline is so ordinary we just don't deserve to be in the finals.

Don't rule out a Sunday Arvo game just yet either.

Plus we could be off to the Dome to boot

                      That would suit me perfectly.

Yep, I'm fired up and ready to roll on down to Melbourne next weekend for a feast of live footy.

It was our best game for the season, but I cant help wondering if it was only because the result didnt make any difference to us, and maybe the players were told to "go out and have fun".

If thats the case, I hope they dont clam up in the elimination final next week,

                              Here's another record to contemplate.

This is the first time that we have qualified for the finals in five consecutive seasons since 1932-1936.

Excellent. We are still enjoying a golden era for this club.
