The team seems blind to other opportunities when Hall is in - it's been that way for a long time. I really can't see them changing all of a sudden.

The team is too Hall-conscious, but part of that is Hall himself. He cracks it when they don't kick the ball to him.

Not only do the forwards step up a notch ... but also the backs also go up a notch, come forward and score.

You're putting words into my mouth by saying that there's an implication that the other forwards don't try when BBBH is not around ... and I think you are incorrect in suggesting that they spend too much time outside the F50 - the whole team does - although you are right when you say the problem is that if BBBH is playing, everyone wants to kick it to him. We all know that he pulls at least two or three of the defence in with him which means that we have "spare" forwards ready and waiting to goal.

Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.

Can he play across half forward at the moment? Or is the only option with him at the moment to play him from the goal square?
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time
