No, but every time I have a go at Davo and the fact that he really hasn't done anything since Vs Geelong 2005, the usual suspects jump down my throat.
What he did that game was indeed "extraordinary". Everything else he's done since has been "ordinary" (or to term it another way ... just doing what he gets paid for).Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.

Trolling? So having an alternative point of view to yours is now trolling? Where do you get off with such arrogance NWBLOODS? seriously?Comment

It's been suggested a couple of times that Davis is playing quite well this year. Do you disagree with that? If so, why?Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.

He has played pretty well this year - one of our best forwards.

Personally, for the way he is lauded in this place, IMHO, I expect to see him do a whole lot more for us than what he's been doing for the last two seasons. We know he has the capability to do extraordinary things, yet he just lets me down, week after week after week.Captain Logic is not steering this tugboat.

What ha she done that makes him so revered apart from that night in 2005? Why is held up so high when he hasn't grabbed a single game by the scruff of the kneck and dominated?!
I just don't get it!?Last edited by BurgandiLove; 6 September 2007, 03:29 PM.Comment

I would be happy if Davis gave us 40-45 goals in a full season, ie about 2 goals a game. he's pretty close to that so I'm not overly disappointed with his season.Does God believe in Atheists?Comment
