Bleeding obvious - but if Roos can't switch the midfield on, who can?
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

It's all a mystery to him.

Said this for a long time. He is a very natural receiver, and someone that could read a clean tapout.

We honestly need to work out midfield rotations. Too many defenders and no attackers. The game plan is to force a second ball-up to get numbers around the ball.

We need 1, maybe 2 defending mids at the centre bounce (2 against the better teams).
We need an attacking mid, which the game plan is not built around.

          Kirk / Schmidt
          Malceski / Goodes
          Fosdike / Buchanan
          Jolly / Everitt

Paul Roos maybe stating the obvious, but he's absolutely right!

If Sydney play every Finals game with the same intensity they showed against the Hawks then they will beat every team they come up against...

...and that includes Geelong, despite what practically all commentators say about them being virtually unbeatable.

            Go Swannies!
