We are ditching on the players a lot, but I think Roos needs to take a lot of credit for the loss. We played badly, but Malthouse gave Roos a thorough spanking in the coaching dept. Roos won't change it up or take risks, even wehn 40 points down in the last. The match-ups at the start of the game were good, but Malthouse changed it up and Roos had nothing, no answers - no idea.

Their most disappointing result of the season and it had to be against the Pies again. Our forward line bar MOL was terrible, Goodes was great but the rest of the midfield were owned badly, the backline didn't show much and the umpires were crap. Terrible performance as a team, deserved to finish where we ended up on the ladder. Several players are hanging on by a thread including Bevan, Jude Bolton, McVeigh, Crouch and Mathews and I expect several delistings at season's end.

Collingwood had all the answers, they had goal-kicking forwards, a midfield that can deliver and win clearances and a backline that could bring the ball out of the 50 and spot a man in the clear. I can't believe I'll be cheering on the Pies to beat the Eagles next week.

As for the Swans, they need to start pre-season training early, blood youngsters that won't disappoint and our key players like Hall must get back to playing their best footy. A mediocre season really...
