The succession plan Roos has in mind will nullify the effect of him leaving.

Part of the point is that the players get sick of an ideal, a playing method, etc and then when the coach leaves the shackles are off and everyone is viewed differently.

I dont think there is much point in Longmire taking the reigns in that scenario.

I'm not really sure why Leo was kept on Rusling. To me, it would have made sense to put Dumpster on Rusling, and Leo on Didak (or Davis, and then Bevan to Didak).
