Don't think we have had a wingman since 2004. But it is good news. He has the potential to become a Stewie Maxfield type - strong running, great tackler and a very long kick. He does have a reputation for running too far with the ball trying to evade numerous tacklers. Will carry on the Leo tradition.

Mattner for #28 and Doyle.
Also mentions Sam Power for a third or fourth rounder, but fails to mention the third rounder is going to be used on Craig Bird.

When Roos said that they were going to use their third pick on Bird, I wonder if he really meant 3rd pick - not current third round pick. As far as I understand, a club can use its final choice on scholarship players. There is no point using an earlier one. So I think he was saying that they'll be drafting 3 players in total of which the final one will be Bird.
That means the 3rd rounder is available for trading in the same way as anything else.Comment

Like SimonH says though, there will be alot of delistings.
I reckon it will be:
Doyle
Simpkin
Vogels
Faulks
Crouch?? still a slight possibility
Brabazon
Elevate:
Barlow
Brennan (still don't rate him, but hope he comes good with his first pre-season in ages)
Jack??
Move Micky O and Leo to the vets list.Last edited by Jeffers1984; 9 October 2007, 10:34 AM.Official Driver Of The "Who Gives A @@@@ As The Player Will Get Delisted Anyway" Bandwagon.

Crows seem to have Mattner's interests at heart so the deal with Sydney is as good as done. I can't see a higher 2nd round pick in any way influencing a change of mind."As everyone knows our style of football is defensive and unattractive, and as such I have completely forgotten how to mark or kick over the years" - Brett Kirk
