The Sydney Swans reserves' future in the AFL Canberra league is still undecided, but Eastlake football manager Keith Miller believes their time is up. The Swans' three-year whitewash has raised concerns from Canberra clubs and Miller believes the time has come for AFL Canberra to revert back to an ACT-based competition.
