Smart move. A big (young) man and he's already played more consecutive games than the Big Donk

The signings of Murphy and Orreal show that the Swans are one of the more imaginative clubs in searching out young talent. Who knows what will come of these 2, but it does speak well for the back office, and perhaps Stuey Maxfield personally.

Interesting move by Sydney, obviously has the height now to see how he develops.

I wouldn't be counting my chickens just yet, lets just see how he goes in the magoo's first. It sounds like people think he's the next D.Cox,well only time will tell. He did well to keep it a secret up until now but good luck to him.
Now this is a thread that i would expect on the ego -centric, wank session that is redandwhiteonline.com...

Yeah let's not get too excited. Realistically he's got a less than even chance of making it to the first team. Having said that, good on the club for taking a punt on him.

I was thinking Biscuits or Bikkies, although we've already had a Bikkies in the last 10 years.

Everitt, Jolly, Orreal, Irish kid, LRT (At a pinch).... Plenty of ruck options there....
The Irish kid is a running midfielder or half back flanker in the mould of Goodes, he won't play in the ruck and would be pushing it for KP forward/defender role as they won't want to bulk him up and lose his running capacity.

Two starting ruckman, a ready made back-up (if not injured) and at least two in development with Currie & Orreal.

                            Sounds like a good mix.
