    What injury?

So, according to that, what should they do for him? In your learned opinion, of course.

And isn't he more likely to be "injured" if he stayed with WC than if he didn't (e.g. dodgy hammy / dodgy lifestyle)?

The club can't guarantee that you're not going to be injured ... it's football.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.

I think you should probably wear underpants when you're in the Humphrey Bear costume.

Another case cracked! [Apologies but that one liner pun is a contractual obligation]

Yeah, those High Court judges don't know a lot - perhaps they should have a chat to you to get some good learnin' into 'em...
Captain Logic is not steering this tugboat.

                          I have found an Act in which the West Coast Eagles are in breach;

                          LAYBY ACT 2007

                          Section 25 Duty of Care

                          (1) A club shall provide a duty of care to a player when that player -

                          (a) damages the reputation of that club, their sponsors and the league

                          (b) makes a public nuisance under the influence of drugs and alcohol

                          (c) fails to assist police in crime investigations

                          (d) fails to comply with the terms and conditions of his contract

                          (2) The club shall be guilty of an offence under subsection (1) if they do not -

                          (a) provide counselling and rehabilitation for the player's indescretions

                          (b) provide alternative employment at the termination of the player's contract

                          (c) fails to prevent unforseeable injury caused by the stupid actions of the player outside of club functions and operations

                          (d) ensure that the player is tucked in bed before 11pm after they have been given milk and cookies

So you think Cousins' case will go to the High Court because the Eagles sacked him under revised contract conditions of his behaviour?

                              Phew, that is a relief.

I figured no pants on the outside, bufty on the inside.

                              But

Can you watch RPA for me ?

As i am thinking of having a vasectomy and want your advice.
