Bloody hammo i was just about to send an e-mail to the club telling them that they are stupid if they took Cuz on.
Now this is a thread that i would expect on the ego -centric, wank session that is redandwhiteonline.com...

Channel 10 news in Melbourne reported this evening that Cousins "absolutely" wants to resume his AFL career and then claimed that Sydney was his most likely destination.

They quoted Frank Costa as saying that he'd be well suited to Sydney given our strong leadership group and history with so-called bad boys.
And the man who started it all, the Schneiderman . . . . .

        I'd take him.

I would expect that now Cousins has declared he "definitely" wants to play in the AFL next year, the media will be asking each club whether they'd be interested.

It will be very interesting to see what Roos or Ireland say.

If it were me, I would do whatever I could to get him in the red and white and help him get his life back on track while we're at it.

After a year in rehab and getting himself sorted out I reckon most clubs would.

The last two years we've had the Bryce Gibbs Cup and the Kreuzer Cup, perhaps next will bring the Cousins Cup.

Gee hammo, weren't you recently championing a duty of care for Cousins?

Absolutely have him back. The blokes a superstar and what the team needs, christ if Ben Matthews can play in this midfield than Steady Eddie could.

                      i'd have him -
everyone knows that sydney has a good club culture and because of the past few weeks especially, if he were to go off the rails again it would only reflect badly on him and not the club.

It ain't gonna happen. I think Cousins has played his last game of AFL footy.

HOWEVER. If he goes away for a year and gets his body and mind right... you would be a fool not to at least think about it.

177th Senior AFL Match - Round 4, 2009 - Sydney vs Carlton, SCG. This is obviously out of date. I suppose I'll update it once I could be bothered sitting down with the fixture and working it out....

Do you ever post on anything else anymore? You have become very tedious.

Blame it on the forever-repeating-himself Kevin Rudd.
