Well I rang the melb office in the week and she told me she thinks they go on sale about 4 weeks b4 the game and tickets will be sold thru the regular foot ticket agents like ticket or ticket master thats all I know. Hope that helps you more.

Well since we live in Tassie we'd never be forgiven if we didn't go to the game so I'll be listening for when and where so as soon as I know you will know

Just a thought, but do you really need to spend the extra money on booking a ticket for a pre-season game? I would have thought you could just walk up and get straight in.

Have booked today. Am in the lower Gunns stand(How it hurts to have anything to do with that name) with my brother and sister-in-law. Oldroy boy,Mrs Pebbles JF...we need to organise a pre game get together.

It was never safe to go into the pubs in Invermay when I grew up in Lonnie..some of them sold metho on tap...maybe even at the ground near the gates and have a drink or two at the boozer behind the stands.

GET RID OF THIS OFF SEASON NOW....I'm so excited.

As long as those of you that are attending don't expect to see Hall, Spida, Micky, Leo, B1, B2, ROk or Roos, I'm sure you'll have a great time.

Might be worth flying over just to party with the above mob!

Oldroyboy has been trying to organise a meetup before the game. I suggested the wine bar/restaurant/coffee shop place at the end of the tram sheds in the new railyard precint. Have no idea of the name of it maybe you being a local can help.

Have walked passed there on other occasions and it looked very pleasant for a meeting point. What would be a good time?
