Have walked passed there on other occasions and it looked very pleasant for a meeting point. What would be a good time?

its quite nice but its a bit expensive for drinks etc cant remember the name will drive past and check

its a meeting spot for a lot of hawks people usually

u could meet anywhere in the city and walk over easily

do you know if theres a function on after the game?

I'll let you all know whether I'll be able to make it to Tassie. Assuming Sydney Fc lose(which I don't want to happen of course), I have a flight next Friday night to Hobart. Will bum around there & will go up with Simon & Mrs Pebbles for a quick look around Launie then to the game.

What are some good things to do see in & around Hobart? And in Launceston?

All the hawks fans will be in gunns stand and southern end from memory well the cheer squad and annoying types
I'm aiming to be at the left of screen goals. Will bring the flags I have at my disposal & will have having 2 sent down from Sydney. Am waiting on a reply from the Melbourne office re a Cheer Squad/Tassie Supporters Club area at the game. I hope all Swans fans gravitate to the left of screen grandstand.

the games ive been too thats usually where the opposition fans are so u should be in luck. because the terrace starts back from the fence, you feel a bit away from the action and its kind of a flat view of the ground if that makes sense, and the sun can be bad, but that time of day might be better

You don't get it, do you?

Still, packing up the SFC scarf & flag & pulling out the Swans stuff out of the cupboard was kind of cathartic to be honest.
