Yes their is.....could?n't /?k?dnt/Pronunciation[kood-nt] Pronunciation Key - Show IPA Pronunciation
    contraction of could not.
I think the point was that "couldnt" is not a word however "couldn't" is.
GS14 i knew what he was getting at but its obvious he has just found "Dictionary" on the i-net.
Now this is a thread that i would expect on the ego -centric, wank session that is redandwhiteonline.com...

I didn't see you criticising Chambers when he retired. It is no different...except for the fact that Ablett can actually play football.
Like I said, I no nothing at all about Football, because people like you said so. I see that you're a moderator delete my posts because they're all drivel.

I'm really sorry to have an opinion.

Do you think I'm that stupid and that I was happy with Chambers? But people like you think I'm a hypocrite.

Moderators, delete all my posts, I'm not allowed to have an opinion around here. This site is just as bad as bigfooty.
I think you're going a bit over the top.

Opinions are encouraged, as are debates, and that is all that has gone on here.

Posts won't be deleted unless the breach the Forum Rules.

Nope, I found it in grade 2, but I just checked with my kids and they say that they found it is grade 1.

Kids are so advanced these days, aren't they??
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.

You had the i-net in Grade 2. Wow you are young!!

BTW. I think we all get the point you and swantastic are getting at, maybe you could both take it offline if you'd like to discuss it further!! Just a thought.

I'm sick to death of defending myself.

                First I write drivel
Second I should get my facts right
Third I shouldn't get facts in the way of my comment
                Forth I'm a hypocrite

What's next that these so called experts are going to call me?

I was pissed off when I was basically called a hypocrite when the person doesn't even know me. I didn't call anybody names or told them to get their facts straight at first did I?

The way they carry on, they're experts and I know nothing about Football. But I guess that's true, when I'm from Victoria and they're probably from New South Wales.

I guess, living in Mortlake where there's heaps of Geelong supporters, I wouldn't know the feeling they have towards Nathan Ablett. So I guess you can say that I'm wrong.

The point about Chambers is that he is about the same age as Ablett, but no-one jumped up and down when he "retired"

As I said you can delete the posts if you like. You are entitled to your opinion, just don't expect that other people will always agree with you.

You seemed to take exception to my suggesting you get your facts right. That comment was with relation to Ablett being talked into playing. They are the facts.

He didn't want to play in the AFL, that is a fact.

He doesn't enjoy it. That is a fact.

He has done the right thing by the club by stepping aside. They are rightly disappointed, but in any other employment, people can leave when ever they want to, such is the case here.

Stop bickering or I won't take you out any more these school holidays.
You can spend the rest of the holidays locked in the linen cupboard.

Maybe, but retiring a year earlier would've been good for us.

                              Sadly, the fun has dissipated.
