Yes he should be. Off field @@@@ ups shouldn't cloud the fact that he's one of the greatest players of all time, and should rightfully be inducted.
I can understand the argument that a dog like him shouldn't be put in any hall of fame's.
They don't induct crap players for being nice blokes.Comment

I don't think he should, but given that other blokes with off field issues have been inducted, he probably will.Last edited by Big Al; 4 February 2008, 08:32 PM...And the Swans are the Premiers...The Ultimate Team...The Ultimate Warriors. What happens after the career of a footballer finishes, or for that matter anything that isn't onfield during their career, should have no impact on whether or not someone is included in the HOF. The HOF is (or should be) about playing ability only.Does God believe in Atheists?Comment

So on your logic if a super star of the game turns into a drug dealer/rappist/women basher they should be allowed into the HOF just because they were a great player.
That is a load of crap, the HOF goes on playing ability, integrity, modesty etc etc not just playing ability and thats how it should be.Last edited by swantastic; 5 February 2008, 05:08 PM.Now this is a thread that i would expect on the ego -centric, wank session that is redandwhiteonline.com...

Well, when Gary Ablett Snr is allowed to be inducted into the Hall of Fame, I might support the Carey idea.Comment
