Oh goody the Roos bashing has already started and not a ball has been bounced.
I suppose he hasn't done much....Oh besides win a Premiership with an "above average but definately not the best" list.
Yes he won a premiership. A fantastic effort. Should he be immune him criticism because he won a premiership? NO.
..And the Swans are the Premiers...The Ultimate Team...The Ultimate Warriors. They have overcome the highly fancied Hawks in brilliant style. Sydney the 2012 Premiers - Gerard Whately ABC
Has a knee problem and is out for 6 weeks, great start to the season.
When did this happen???
I spoke to him at the first ClubSwans night last tuesday and he said he had arthroscopic knee surgery in December.
And the article abt BBBBH states "Ruckman Peter Everitt, who damaged the bone behind his kneecap in December, began running last week and is on track for Round 1 against St Kilda at Telstra Dome."
Currie is still too itsy bitsy to play in the AFL, he would be a "gonna snap in two" risk. White would be undersized by height but is as big (if not bigger) as anyone in the AFL.
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

I know White (196cm) is smaller than the average ruckman, who is around 202cm these days, but if you get a ruler and see how much 6cm is, it really isn't enough to make a real difference.
With Everitt, I doubt it will only be 6 weeks. He's 34 and has had knee problems for almost his entire career. Will miss at least 9 weeks IMO.
