He and his useless brother would make up the full local Sydney contingent of the latest AFL brilliant brainwave.
I reckon the solution to the McVeigh problem is stick him in the forward pocket or across half forward. Disposal won't be such a problem there, and he has shown in the past that he's capable of finding the ball inside 50. Honestly, I reckon that's the way to go. He's too good a player in other departments (other than disposal) to be simply shoved into the seconds.

OK, I'll make it official. I am a McVeigh fan.
Officially on the Reid and Sumner bandwagon!

Admire your spirit. The McVeigh Appreciation Society is smaller than Bevo's on RWO. You won't need a bandwagon this season more like a Tonka truck

I dunno, I reckon more people like McVeigh here than Bevan. At least McVeigh has potential in other positions.

I can feel a poll coming. Possibly the most meaningless in the history of RWO and thats saying something. The real potential for McVeigh is as a foundation player with the Western Sydney Whatevers. Bring them on I say.

Shame on you all for this hate filled orgy of loathing.

I predit Bevo will play 22 games this year and finish top 5 in our best and fairest.

He had observed that people who did lie were, on the whole, more resourceful and ambitious and successful than people who did not lie.

Which still won't be enought to stop people bashing him.
The same people that wanted him to get 14 a couple of years ago.

I was alluding to the Australian Cricketer Alan Connolly who I recall was called Big Al by some.

Interestingly Big Al played for South Melbourne in District Cricket. Could Connolly be one and the same person?

And could "Bedford" be the real Peter Bedford? He makes some very astute statements.

                      Maybe the missionary position.

There is another position which describes his play just a little better.

Struth fair go Nico big Al bowled against the Nawab of Pataudi. Not quite that old. Do remember though when Dad took me (as a kid) to the Albert Park oval and saw him bowl swinging boomers for South in what was maybe a District cricket final. Great bowler.

Unless Bevo is related to Stephen Bradbury, I cant see that happening.
