I am hoping for top 4.

But realisticly, I believe 9th, 10th, or 11th. I am a bit concerned with our lack of pace around the midfield and forward line.

I agree, we are starting to look slow...I keep thinking what a good pick up the lightening fast, and skillful, Cyril Rioli would have been.

Gut feeling says we will finish around the 8-11 mark Im afraid.
Just think other sides have mastered our game plan far better and our young kids just havent been exposed to high level footy in Canberra.

If we add some youthful, handy footballers we will make the 8 because there are a lot of sides who can't possibly make it.

If Malceski is back, Kennelly stands up and our youth comes through a chance for top 4.

Interesting that HUN article. Did I notice that Barlow at 21 is the youngest named in the side?

In the HUN liftout today Bevo was named as one who needs to step up. Nikki Tugwell wrote the article so it shows how much in depth knowledge of our club she has if that is the best she can do.

"Bevan has been in the system for a number of seasons and needs to find a role, perhaps running with opposition midfielders".

I found it hard to restrain my mirth so I will leave it to others to comment on that.

I'm not buying the 'too-old' line.

We weren't far off the pace year, despite a run of injuries. Second-best defence, but weak up front.

Great to see Bird, Jack, Moore putting pressure on non-performers.

If we can find our way to the goals, top four is not a stretch.

Prediction: 3rd.
