Don't forget he normally gets the 2nd/3rd best defender and he also creates a big of magic in the forward line.

    Yeah right. Dream on.

He may not kick bags of goals regularly, but he has many a hand in the ones we do get.

He's just a troll with some deep seated issues about Mick. You cant let facts get in the way.

If the Swans are serious about rebuilding he should be making way for younger talent. There is no room at this level for passengers (even those that manage 4 goals in a game where almost everyone got to kick one!)

Tell me Kanga, how's Wayne Carey going these days?

The Swans will let Micky O play all the way to 300 if he wants to (and if his body will let him).

What benefit is it to the club not to have a "Sydney" Swans player (as opposed to SMFC) hit the magic 300? They'll do what they can to assist Micky.

Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.

I have some mixed emotions about MOL. I like watching him play, because a lot of times he creates something from nothing, which is quite rare for a Sydney Swan player. I understand the logic where FF should kick a minimum of certain number of goals to be called that way. I don't think that this days there's still need for a FF in old sense, because anybody should contribute to the scoreline. Unless you have a guy with excelent marking skills, it is really very difficult to assign anybody to that position. As long as we have 2 or 3 goal kicking forwards that can kick straight we should be OK in that division.

In fact if plays for as many seasons as Skilts and Pratt he's got two more seasons left in him. A true champion.

I assume that we will find out how Wayne Carey is doing tonight. Cannot criticise his ability as a player - got us two premierships.

Micky has kicked around 80 goals in the past 3 years, and is always a difficult match-up because of the magic he can create. That's all we need him for, now go back to your own forum if you know nothing about one of our champions.

I do not understand the need for some people to join opposition team forums and then dump on said team. I know theres a Collingwood guy who posts here and Tara, the Carlton fan, but their posts are constructive and offer something. I just don't understand the need to go to all the effort to join the forum just to be a pain to everyone else on the site.

If Mickey can't make it to 300, at least give him the chance to get in the face of the fat guy at Subi again. That was worth 10 goals.

Gee, you don't need to be an opposition fan to dump on a swans player. You've been around RWO enough to know that.

Kanga has a valid point. I don't think he is dumping unnecessarily.
But I do think MOL will not be dropped to make way for anyone.
