No way. Go have a look at the stats from yesterday Swantastic and get your hand off it while you are it (that is me saying YOU ARE WRONG) - whilst he wasn't the standout he did good and contributed well. He even laid a tackle (improve on last week). How good was he pinch hitting in the ruck? Massive punch to advantage down the wing was excellent - might have even been 3rd man up (not sure as other side of the ground just saw the big 37 jump clear and whack it).
Now I know you are sad and missing your man Melcho but he will be back on time by Round 9 (fingers crossed) and your red and white world will be right again. Stop sticking the boot in to Goodesy. -

I've now been watching Goodes closely for two weeks and he is being incredibly lazy (pulling out of contests, etc) and one stage yesterday blocking one Port player so another Port player could take possession within easy tackling range.
Either he has an injury, is way off intensity, or is following very strange instructions from Roos.Comment

The play that Lucky mentioned when he was 3rd man up and whacked the ball? Goodesy at his best.
Although, if I was coaching yesterday, I would have put Goodesy in the ruck instead of LRT when Jolly went into the sheds for some attention to his ankle.Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.

He needs to be dropped to the magoos to get his hunger back,after all he has played 170 odd games on the trot.So he just thinks week after week he's entitled to a seniors gig no matter how bad he plays.
Some times a small dose of "kick in the arse" does the trick.

Now, you're comparing Davo to Goodesy.
THERE IS NO COMPARISON. Goodesy is not as expendable as say, Davo or McHack. He is the opposition coach's greatest nightmare. Who will they put on Goodesy? Even when he's playing crap - he's still a nightmare.
