I was banging on about 'Who the hell is on Armstrong, he is carving us up' My mate said WTF am I talking about, he's barely had a touch. After a heated and animated argument, I finally realised that #6 was actually Thompson, not Armstrong

Spooky that many years later and they've both since moved onto different clubs, you also got them mixed up.

They do have similar kicking actions, albeit one a left footer and the other a right.

They both have peculiar ball drops. Rather than just drop/guide the ball onto the foot, they sort of throw/push the ball onto the foot. Bevo's pass to Hall was a perfect example of it.

hmm we need kenelly, we'd b e @@@@@@ without him i reckon, he provides so much run. its gonna be an interesting game, but i think were in with half a chance. as long as we apply lots of pressure, and kick straight (o'keefe) we'll be right.
