    just a brag about JarrodSwan

I don't even know what his forum name is, but (my son) has just been invited by the Calder Cannon to join the U18 training squad. Only the best are invited to join so I am so proud of him.

Of course I will be pushing him to follow ROK and B2 in his career.

    Congrats Jarrod.

I think you can be justifiably proud Anne.

When he's famous, I can tell people he has been to my place.

Hope he comes to the Swans, we need a Jarrod to complement Jarrad, Jarred and Jared

I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

Nice Anni - well done the young bloke.
We'll get a full hand of Jared/Jarred/Jarrod/etc yet.
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

Annie, give him mine and Casey's congrats.

Now all we need to do is lobby for a mother-son rule, whereby if mum makes 100 posts on a fan website, the son can be picked up by that club.

Go the French Olympic Team method'

Many of their olympic team are born overseas and identified young (perec was one),say 12 then bought too France to be in Olympic team

Why can't we have Crouchy adopt promising teens?

                  Congrats Anni

Wow Annie - that is so exciting. He won't go wrong if he models himself on ROK or B2.

Thats all we need is another Jarred or how ever the way you spell the bloody name.

                          Any way wish him luck.

A few years ago an apprentice where i worked use to play at Calder, but he gave up footy when he turned 18 he reckons the training was to hard.

I say he had no ticker personally.
Now this is a thread that i would expect on the ego -centric, wank session that is redandwhiteonline.com...

Of `course you are right BBB, I get my B's mixed up at times.

BTW, he also umpired his first game of local footy tonight, he awarded a 50 mtr penalty for talking back, and started umpiring the 3rd qtr with his jacket still on, he has a bit to learn...

                              .
There are 13 ways that I know of to spell Jarrod, I thought I chose the most common one, but maybe not.
