Another week, another 100+ point thrashing.
My WAFL team Claremont lost to my Eagles supporting husband's team East Perth by 10 pts today. He's been taking the piss out of me all evening about it. I told him that I would rather my WAFL team lose by only 10 pts than watch my AFL team lose by 100. He's hasn't said much more than that!!
In saying that, WE'D BETTER NOT LOSE TO MELBOURNE!!!
I might have a slight drinking problem. My husband asked me to toast some bread for him...so I raised my wine glass and said "Here's to bread!"Comment

Wasn't it a disgraceful game by Wet Toast? Didn't even put up much of a fight. How's Mark Thompson's form in the coaches box? Very relaxed, having a feed, kicking back, good on him.

Very meek effort by Eagles with a lot of players back. They made The Cut Cats look ridiculously dominant and almost a shoein for back to back. 16 goals from turnovers!! terrible.
Not a good look to go with all the debate about tanking. ATM.

I thought I would visit Eagles Flying High site for a bit of a laugh - some here (and Mr main) think that we rip into players - over there my God - they dont even have swear filters!!! Some of the things they wrote made an old boiler like me even blush. I do like their predictions for who will be retired or sacked "within then next 48 to 72 hours!!! It seems Braun & Fletcher will be the recipients of that news. Woosha is still a bit untouchable and they are forever banging on that their two best players stabbed them in the back last year. Geez name two players - any of them could be up for that accolade!
I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure..................

Chad Fletcher was actually one of their better players on Saturday night.
