Who are the best kicks for the Swans you have seen?

In no particular order (except for my No. 1 Mark Bayes).

    1. Mark Bayes
    2. Darren Kappler
    3. Scott Direen (kicking out for goals)
    4. David Murphy (on the run from 50 - never missed)
    5. T Kennelly (very accurate)
    6. The great man - Plugger

All-round good kicking (field and goal):

      - Bayes
      - Kappler
      - Davis
      - Schwass
      - G Williams
      - Healy
      - Browning
      - Malceski

Lockett was one of the best shots at goal I've ever seen.

P Williams and Murphy were good around the ground and on the run at goal, but IIRC both were mixed at set shots.

        Schwass is a funny one.

Great kick, but at the end of his career, he was kicking them along the ground.

Maxfield lost it a bit towards the end there, but on song

          Weird looking action but effective.

          Malceski and Kenelly

          Nick Davis until recently

            Yeah - that was bizarre.

Plugger best kick for goal. Mark Bayes best kicking action and great left foot kick. Dennis Carrol was an outstanding kick.
He had observed that people who did lie were, on the whole, more resourceful and ambitious and successful than people who did not lie.

I honestly think it is Davis way out in front as the best overall kick I've seen at Sydney, when on his game I think he is the best overall kick in the comp. My board perceived bias aside, he can kick it long, short, flat, high, for goal, around the ground, to a lead, to space, either foot.
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

                    Lockett.

Best kick for goal I've seen. His field kicking was also exceptional, he just didn't have to do it all that often. If you need any proof of this, have a look at his kick to Cresswell deep into the last qtr of the '96 prelim - you'll get the chance this Sunday afternoon

The left footers always look good - Bayes, Browning, Maxfield, Malceski, Kappler

Going back in time, Skilts was the best kick with either foot, a natural left footer who kicked just as well on his right
Norm Goss was the best kick I have seen in terms of passing the ball....30-40 metres and they hardly went above chest height all the way

Amongst the right footers - Plugger a great kick for goal, Davis a great kick and Denis Carroll

Left footers either look really good or really awkward.
