Confirmed as "out" unless he appeals. Tribunal downgraded to medium impact (from original classification of "high") but rejected Port's argument that contact was accidental.
I think he's been hard done by. I've only seen the incident replayed a couple of times but it looked pretty accidental to me.Comment
