    Cousins set to resume career

    Source

Personally, I think it would be good to see him run around again - both for him as a person, and the game.

Which club/s do you think would draft him? Would we consider it, given our history of turning bad boys into good ones?
And the man who started it all, the Schneiderman . . . . .

Tim Watson said this morning on SEN that the teams he thought would want him where.

    Saints
    Swans
    Tigers
    Carlton
    Bombers
    Doggies
    Hawks.

He's going to start in the VFL,but for who is the question.

IMO i wouldnt waste a good pick for an old bloke.

The teams who would want him most would be the teams close to a premership just for a top up.
Now this is a thread that i would expect on the ego -centric, wank session that is redandwhiteonline.com...

I doubt that they would look at him as Roos has said over the last 18 Months that they were not interested. Personaly i think that it would be a perfect fit. He would be under far less scrutiny here then anywhere else and noone can dissagree with his ability to play the game. He is exactly what we have needed over the last few years in a mid-fielder, exceptional pace, gets the hard ball, kicks goals, silky skills and can win a game off his own bat. I reckon he would also pull his head in as he would know that the club, coaches and player group wouldnt put up with any @@@@.
The edge is not the limit, It's just the starting point...

I don't think he would perform as well as he used to without his chemical diet.

Has 'Victorian club' written all over him. Sydney will stay well away, as it should. Apart from the fact he's Ben Cousins, we don't need more players of his age.

Before anyone says it, we do not have a "no dickheads" policy!

I don't think we'll make a play for him, and nor do I think we need him. Fantastic player that he is, I like the way our midfield is heading and I don't think we could justify offering him what we'd need to in order to secure his services.

                BUT . . .

Can you imagine the reaction from the West Coast faithful if he was running around Subi in the Red and White????

FSN (I think it was) say he's going to play for the Bullants.
I might have a slight drinking problem. My husband asked me to toast some bread for him...so I raised my wine glass and said "Here's to bread!"
