The solution to Collingwood is the SCG?

Our record against the Pies at Stadium Australia is 2-4.
Our record against the Pies at the SCG is 11-6.

Yes money talks but if we want the four points we might be better off playing them at the SCG....

AFL and Eddie Everywhere won't agree to that. It's money that counts.

I've been saying this for ages, and not just for games against Collingwood. Scrap that stupid ANZ idea, we're giving the opposition a leg up.

I think people are over reacting to our chances of winning at ANZ. We are 2-1 up there so far this year. Overall we have won more games there than we have lost.

Oh please. Are we that afraid of Collingwood we feel that we have to retreat to the SCG?

Perhaps we should throw down a challenge motor mouth couldn't refuse - Victoria Park. Used to live up the road from that dung hill and from what I remember its cramped confines would suit us just nicely.

That would be my recollection from the 70's early 80's too, but they ended up lengthening the ground on the outer end to make it the same length as the MCG. It was still a lousy venue, made worse by those that lived there each football season.

Collingwood struggle at TD and we should beat them there later this year.

Not convinced we can beat them at the moment. Their ins are at least as damaging to us as goodes coming in. Rocca usually is too big and strong and fraser too big for our defenders.

Having watched the game again and thought about the last few collingwood matches i am wondering whether collingwood's defnders are actually too fast for our forwards one on one which makes our leading forwards reluctant to lead ? Be interested in views on this

maybe challenge them to a game of cricket or something then we might win.
Theres not much left to say

There is a simply reason why the Swans play the Pies at the Olympic Stadium: money. Until you can fit 59,000 into the SCG, the game will stay at Homebush Bay.

The solution to Collingwood is for the swans to play with a bit of pride and passion!

I honestly can't see the game ever moving to the SCG when we get nearly 60k along at Homebush, regardless of whether they thump us or not.
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time
