Tim Schmidt is pretty much last year's Bird, although Bird is slightly outperforming him in terms of pure ball winning ability. Big jump from McVeigh. Buchanan has gone backwards (although more time spent in the forwardline would be partly to blame). Otherwise, fairly similar.

Quality of disposal would be a problem with that. Also, had more time for not many more possessions. He seems to have large periods during a game on the ground when he doesn't touch the ball.

So do a lot of players,but some times you just have to demand the ball and if you dont recieve it then go and get it.
