        Haha, eventually.

Wait till 8/8 when the C7 host their most prolifically repetitive show in the the history of Aus TV. Not much footy to be seen then for 2 weeks I bet.

Oh god I forgot about the chinese sports carnival - great nothing like seeing repetative swimming, mind you repeats of the ping pong & roman greco wrestling are always entertaining. I might have to stage an invasion at my Mothers place and comandeer the Foxtel remote!

A bloke in a dress walk down some steps and shake some hands? AT least he did not go up the stairs again, come back down, shake hands and then do it again 68 times.

At least I guess we can be thankful that he was wearing a white dress with red shoes - so his team colours are pretty good (that is his only redeeming feature - still think his eyes are too close together) But the other Essendon supporters there were a bit much.

Well we already have the Lama boy on our side, and now Crouch is going to convert the pontiff to our side, we should have no trouble reeling in the next 20 premierships!!

I take all the positives I expressed about Ch 7 obtaining AFL broadcast rights. What a-holes! I can only hope it's screening live on Foxtel.

I looked today to see if I could get a decently timed, reasonably cheap flight down to Melb and back next weekend - down on Saturday is Ok but there's nothing coming back Sunday evening.

No problem for me - I was going to tape the WYD proceedings and watch them while the swans were on anyhow.

Now I dont have to choose between the swans and the pope. Blessing in disguise.
